Zorq AI uses functional cookies and local storage to operate the Service, an analytics provider — Microsoft Clarity — to understand how the Service is used, and advertising pixels from Meta and OpenAI to measure which of our ads bring people here. Analytics and advertising load only if you accept them in our cookie banner. Functional cookies are always on, because the Service cannot run without them.

- Purpose: Our payment processor Whop may set cookies necessary for secure payment processing and fraud prevention

3.6 Analytics & Session Replay
- Purpose: Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how the Service is used — page views, clicks, scrolls and pseudonymous session recordings — so we can find and fix usability problems. Text entered into form fields is masked and not recorded.

- Duration: Up to 1 year
3.7 Advertising
- Purpose: The Meta pixel reports which pages you visited, so we can measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people here and stop paying for the ones that do not. It does not receive your prompts, your generated content, or anything you type.
- Type: Advertising (third-party — Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Meta can connect this visit to your Meta account, which means it is cross-site tracking. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Duration: Up to 90 days
- OpenAI pixel — Purpose: Reports that you registered, or started a checkout, so we can measure whether our ads in ChatGPT bring people here. It does not receive your prompts, your generated content, or anything you type.
- OpenAI pixel — Type: Advertising (third-party — OpenAI). OpenAI may connect this to your OpenAI account, which means it is cross-site tracking. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Loads only with consent. Decline in the banner and neither pixel is ever loaded.
4. What We Do Not Use
- No tracking without consent — decline and neither the analytics nor the advertising cookies are set
- No selling of your personal information
- No advertising in the mobile app — the pixels are web-only and never load there
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete existing cookies
- Block all or certain cookies
- Set preferences for specific websites
Please note that disabling cookies or local storage may affect the functionality of the Service, particularly authentication and saved preferences.
To clear local storage for Zorq AI, you can use your browser's developer tools (usually F12 → Application → Local Storage).

We may update this Cookie Policy if we change how we use cookies or local storage. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Advertising cookies were added on 23 August 2026, together with the consent choice that controls them; if we add another provider we will update this policy and the banner in the same way.
