2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Payment information: When you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Whop, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- User content: Images, text prompts, and other materials you upload or input to generate content.
- Communications: Any messages you send to our support team.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation history, and credit usage within the Service.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Analytics & session replay: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Service is used. Clarity collects aggregated usage metrics and pseudonymous session recordings — page views, mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and similar interactions — so we can find and fix usability problems. Text you enter into form fields is masked by default and is not recorded.
- Advertising measurement: If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta pixel reports which pages you visited so we can measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people here. It receives the page — not your prompts, your generated content, or anything you type. It is never loaded in the mobile app, and never if you decline.
- Local storage data: We use browser local storage for functional purposes such as authentication state, user preferences, and referral tracking.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not load any analytics or advertising cookie unless you accept it in our cookie banner
- We do not send your prompts, uploaded files, or generated content to any advertising or analytics provider
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not collect precise geolocation data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service: Processing your generation requests, managing your account, delivering credits, and maintaining your gallery
- Payment processing: Facilitating purchases and managing subscriptions through Whop
- Affiliate program: Tracking referrals and calculating commissions for the affiliate program
- Support: Responding to your support requests and troubleshooting issues
- Service improvement: Understanding how the Service is used to improve features and user experience
- Legal compliance: Complying with applicable laws and legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- AI model providers: Your input content (prompts, uploaded images) is sent to third-party AI model providers to generate output. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies.
- Payment processor: Whop processes your payment information. See Whop's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud storage: Generated content is stored using cloud storage services (Amazon S3).
- Analytics provider: We use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for product analytics and session replay. Clarity processes usage and interaction data under its own terms. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement. You can opt out of Clarity by declining analytics cookies in our cookie banner or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Advertising provider: If you accept advertising cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives that you visited a page on our site, so we can measure our ads. When you buy, we also report the purchase and its amount to Meta from our own servers, together with your email address in an irreversible hashed form — the address itself is never sent, and the hash exists only so Meta can tell that the sale came from someone who saw an ad. Meta may connect this to your Meta account and processes it under its own terms — see Meta's Privacy Policy. Decline advertising cookies in our banner and the pixel is never loaded, so nothing is sent. Blocking cookies in your browser limits what Meta can store about you, but on its own it does not stop the pixel loading once you have accepted.
- Advertising provider (OpenAI): If you accept advertising cookies, OpenAI receives that you registered or started a checkout on our site, so we can measure our ads in ChatGPT. OpenAI may connect this to your OpenAI account and processes it under its own terms — see OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Decline advertising cookies and this pixel is never loaded either.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Generated content: Images and videos in your gallery are retained until you delete them or your account is closed.
- Payment records: Transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Support communications: Retained for a reasonable period to maintain service quality.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
