Trust and safety The rules, in plain words
What is not allowed on Zorq AI, what happens when someone breaks those rules, and how to report content that does.

Zorq AI gives one account access to image, video, voice, lipsync and motion models from several independent AI providers. The rules below apply to everything made through the platform, and they are taken from the Prohibited Use and Content Moderation sections of our Terms of Service — this page restates them so they are easier to find and read.
Two limits apply at the same time. Ours, set out here, and those of the provider behind whichever model is selected. A provider may refuse a request for its own reasons even where our rules would allow it, and those decisions are not ours to overturn.
The official Zorq AI website is zorqai.com. It is the only domain Zorq AI operates, and websites on any other domain that use the Zorq name are not affiliated with Zorq AI.
What is not allowed
These rules come from the Prohibited Use section of the Terms of Service.
Real people need explicit consent
Do not upload, process or generate the likeness of a real person without their explicit permission, and the same applies to their voice. Public figures are not an exception — imitating someone’s voice needs consent exactly as their face does.
No inappropriate content involving minors
Generating content that depicts minors in any inappropriate context is prohibited without exception. Zorq AI is for users aged 18 and over, and we may suspend or terminate any account used this way.
No deepfakes made to deceive
Synthetic media designed to mislead or to harm someone — fake statements, fabricated events, impersonation — is not permitted, whatever the subject.
No illegal or abusive content
Illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory and discriminatory content is prohibited, as is anything intended to harm a person or group.
You need rights to what you upload
You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any photo, video, audio or brand asset you bring to the platform, and for how you use what comes out.
No circumventing the platform
Bots, scripts and browser automation are not permitted outside our official API and MCP integrations, nor is bypassing credit requirements or usage limits, nor reselling access.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if someone breaks these rules?
We may review, remove or restrict access to content that violates the Terms or applicable law, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. This is set out in the Content Moderation section of the Terms of Service.
How do I report content or an account?
Email support@zorqai.com, or use the form at zorqai.com/support. Include the account, a link or description of the content, and what rule you believe it breaks. Those are our official support channels.
Can I generate images of a real person?
Only with that person’s explicit consent. Uploading or generating images of real people without permission is prohibited, and the same applies to cloning or imitating a real person’s voice.
Can I use Zorq AI to make content for a brand or a client?
Generated output may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the Terms, applicable law, and the terms of the provider behind whichever model produced it, which can differ between models. You remain responsible for the rights to anything you upload as input, including client photos, music and brand assets, and for how the result is used. We do not guarantee that a given output is protectable by copyright or free of third-party rights.
Do the AI providers have their own restrictions?
Yes. The models come from independent providers, each with its own safety requirements, and a provider can refuse or change what it will generate at any time. A request that our rules permit can still be declined by the model behind it.
Is Zorq AI for adults only?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service, as stated in the Terms of Service.
